Lynn was amazing in every sense of the word! She did so much more than we would have known to, or thought to, do in preparing our home for sale and showing it. Starting with her initial inspection of the house, she guided and supported us planning a timeline and preparing for the sale. Her kindness and gentle prodding helped us see what needed to be done to sell at the very top of the market. From clearing out, paring down, staging and showing our property, she was there with positive feedback, encouragement and a can-do attitude both to us and all our prospective buyers.
She went SO far above and beyond what normal relators had done previously. For our first meeting, she brought bento trays and we sat eating and talking in a way that helped us see all the needed steps required in the process. She then provided a timeline that met our requests (and changed it happily each time we asked!!) We were continuously awed by her energy and enthusiasm for selling our home. For example, she helped us hold two separate garage sales that were VERY successful financially as well as actually fun days! I have to tell you that was an amazing feat because I was totally against those events. If it hadn't been for Lynn and Kim, it never would have happened.
Lynn then staged our home to make it look like it belonged in a high-end Honolulu magazine. When we shared the pictures with our family and friends on the island and the mainland, everyone remarked how beautiful, spacious and island-like our home looked! It is a testament to her design abilities and her innate sense of staging! She brought in all the 'staging additions' that truly sent the house 'over the top' for the listing day and initial open house. Not only did she make it beautiful, she added fun, whimsical and 'local' special touches that made it feel warm and welcoming to buyers.
She then orchestrated an open house for neighbors that was the best party we'd seen and attended in a years! We later heard that she had gone door to door around several blocks in our area and invited all the residents personally! She even provided us with hand written invitations to distribute to others we knew. We enjoyed the food and live music (YES -- LIVE!) as much as our neighbors and wished we would have known she had such amazing local connections long before.
She and her husband both went 'above and beyond' by helping us fix a window that needed upgrading to meet current codes, finding and securing the permits for previous work we had done to the home, advised on painting and then helped us accomplish it and lastly worked with our cleaner to make sure the house was spotless for showings, the buyers inspection and on the last days to ready the home for closing. We weren't even in town and she made all that happen seamlessly ... and most importantly, without any stress to us.
Her positive attitude and continued encouragement never let us doubt that we would be successful. She has boundless enthusiasm, unflagging energy and couldn't have been a better choice in realtors. We have recommended her consistently to friends and neighbors and we were thrilled to learn one chose her to list their property on the north shore.
We cannot say enough glowing remarks or positive accolades about Lynn and her capabilities. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. She is amazing, remarkable and exemplifies the true "Aloha" spirit! Kim and I agree she is a "one-in-a-million" realtor and deserves this award more than any realtor we've EVER used!

Lynn's motto is "Aloha Spoken Here" and that just begins to describe how amazing she is. We not only conceder Lynn our friend but first and foremost she is OHANA.
